Not to worry: You should get ready to have your baby soon! increased movement of the fetus at 39+ weeks is not a sign of any kind of problem. You should be concerned if you stop feeling the baby move for a few days.

A Hernia: This could be a common hernia causing these symptoms.  Only a phsycial exam can eluicidate the exact nature of your pain

Fetal movement: Increased fetal movement is a sign of a healthy baby doing his or her daily exercise. Healthy, neurologically normal fetuses move.

i have pain in the upper middle of my chest. dull ache for the past 3 weeks. increased with arm movement, bending, deep breaths. bearable but annoying?

Chest discomfort: This type of chest discomfort emanates from the rib cage-probably a pectoral muscle or the joint between the sternum(breastbone) which may be slightly inflamed or strained. A lung cause is not likely. Treatment consists of avoiding any strain and, if you can take them), anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve. If discomfort persists see your physician for evaluation.

whey  and increased bowel movements. am taking  one scope daily . is that enough for increasing bowl movement.what shall i do . please any solutions?

Depends: On why you're taking whey. If your goal is to have more bowel movements, then changing to a supplement that has a lot of fiber or at least a whey product that is higher in fiber than the one you're using would be a better idea. But be careful. A lot of whey products can contain a full days worth of calories in one single serving. A non-whey fiber supplement may be a better way to go.

No: Increased Fetal Movement is not a common complaint. It is not a sign of labor. If you just ate a huge carbohydrate meal then maybe you have some increased movement. In pregnancy, I usually follow one rule. If you find something is not usual and normal for you go to Labor and Delivery and get the baby checked with a Non Stress Test. This is the only safe thing to do.

is cervix pain normal at 34 wks? i'm already 1cm dilated as of july 10. also increased fetal movement. it's practically non-stop at this point.

Please clarify: please describe your cervix pain. if you have constant pelvic reassure, it is common from baby increasing in size. if you are having contractions, then please go and see our doctor. fetal movement is good and reassuring.
