Probably not: Mri uses high field magnetic energy.  There is no evidence that this type of energy has any negative effects on the human body.  Most medical professionals agree that MRI is safe.  Contrast material used during MRI scans has a very low risk of allergic reaction and can be harmful if the kidney function is impaired.  Metallic implants can also have risks if that is applicable in your son's case.

Kid's nose bleeds: The 3 most common reasons for nose bleeds in a 4 y/o are picking the nose, picking the nose and picking the nose. The child may be putting a finger in there when you are not aware. Also, dryness in the winter can cause mucosal irritation and cause the bloody nose. Use nasal saline spray/rinse and make sure child is not picking or rubbing nose a lot.

No: Instead, try stopping by the unwanted behavior (biting) by immediately taking your child out of the situation and giving a time out.  Explain in simple, clear terms that biting is not ok.  Teach about apologizing as well.

"Not as active": If the child had hit the floor with head, most often it may result in head injury. There may be symptoms of not as active, vomiting, excessive sleeping. But better not wait for these symptoms to develop, take child to nearest er for immediate attention possibly for ct scan of head.

Growing: The child is growing and needs the fuel. Why deny him more food if he is using it well and growing? That is like not watering a plant that needs it. If you have concerns then discuss with a nutritionist and your doc. Many kids have huge appetites during growth spurts.  Feed  fresh foods and not junk- that helps a lot. Sounds normal at this time...

Mist, steam.: Ear pain isn't always an infection. The most common reason is nasal congestion. Try treating with mist or steam, with mentholatum. Give pain medication, such as Acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Warm compresses are helpful, but can be dangerous. Instead, use a cottonball coated with mentholatum. Ear infections seldom require treatment in the middle of the night.

Since many or most kids get braces to straighten their teeth in their teen years, an overbite is correctable.

Very: This strongly suggests that he has biochemically induced limbic system dysfunction and i would guess that he has other symptoms, particularly in behavior, temper tantrums etc. The easiest way to do this is "junk" ingestion, for it is widespread in the U.S.
