4 y/o child with noise bleeding withou any hurt?

Kid's nose bleeds: The 3 most common reasons for nose bleeds in a 4 y/o are picking the nose, picking the nose and picking the nose. The child may be putting a finger in there when you are not aware. Also, dryness in the winter can cause mucosal irritation and cause the bloody nose. Use nasal saline spray/rinse and make sure child is not picking or rubbing nose a lot.
