Depends: Depends on the concentration of the drug in the air and the cutoff level used on the test. Were you using the drug prior to the "hotbox"? This would affect your military ua as well. If not, it is most likely it will not show up if you had minimal exposure, but you are taking a chance.

Probably normal: We don't worry about temperature until it gets over about 101.  Try a cool compress on your forehead, drink cold beverages, and try to calm down and not to worry.  No need to keep taking temp if no other symptoms, just anxiety provoking.  Good luck!

Need more info...: Is ankle swelling bilaterally symmetrical, involving evenly or locally/ regionally? Do you have short of breath? Have you had history of congestive heart failure...?
