Heparin prevents blood from clotting which is essential for stopping bleeding. If heparin is injected and it injures a blood vessel at the site of injection into the muscle, there could be bleeding into the muscle resulting in hematoma.

If you are on Heparin an have a trauma to the leg for example you may have some bleeding , that blood eventually will coagulate and begin to b absorbed back into the system. Blood outside of the blood vessels is a hematoma ( a "tumor" of blood) normally not dangerous ie "black &amp; Blue"

Parietal tells us the location (Parietal lobe of the brain) usually due to high blood pressure while Subdural hematoma means collection of blood below the level of the DURAL cover of the covering of the brain called the meninges...often times traumatic cause but also often can be spontaneous.
