An extreme example: The need to wear short sleeves or no socks, in freezing temperatures outside

Heat sensitivity : In short, no. Heat sensitivity does not always mean a root canal is needed. I can, however, indicate a crack or decay. It is also possible a root canal might be needed but a dentist would need to evaluate the tooth to be positive.

Tick bite: It's recently been identified that persons who had a certain tick bite can then become allergic to red meats and suffer a food induced anaphylactic (severe allergic) reaction.  The antibodies are identified as alpha-gal and these can be measured in the lab.   I don't  believe this has anything to do with heat sensitivity however.

Often times: Sensivity to hot and cold often times is a sign of inflammation of the tooth nerve, called pulpitis.  The treatment is root canal therapy.

Not much: Just because it is sense to heat does not mean you need root canal but if it is hurting a lot or starts to hurt from other things or radomly with out any stimulation then you do need a root canal or you may have to have it removed.

High metabolism: The body produces much more heat when hyperthyroid and this makes the person less tolerant of high temperatures.

In Part, yes: Any stressor, such as extreme heat, pain, emotion of negative or positive character can cause an adrenaline surge by the body & temporarily worsen essential tremor. It does not worsen the disease & will dissipate shortly after the stressor is gone. Suggestion: stay out of the heat whenever possible! best of luck, rmh :).
