Eye Issue: It could be an allergy. But it could also be irritant conjunctivitis, vernal conjunctivitis, or something else. An ophthalmologist is best trained for eye treatment. Ni disrespect to optometrists' but i would seek help 1st from an ophthalmologist.

Asthma exacerbations: There are many things that make asthma worse.  Allergies, infections, chemicals, exercise,  and weather changes.  If you feel alpha gpc is making your asthma worse, then I would avoid.

Much time: It takes a long time for your conjunctival lining to develop this hyperallergic response and an equally long time to eliminate it.  You will be asked to stop your contact lenses, change your cleaning agents and use topical steroids for a while.  It can take several months.

: Talk to the doctor who prescribed Wellbutrin. The additional medications you mentioned are not in common use and are unlikely to be helpful. 
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Many possibilities : Are you still wearing your contact lenses? If so you may want to decrease wearing time. Also, are your eyes dry? If so you may want to use artificial lubricants available over the counter. If these remedies to not work then you should see your local eyecare professional.

Dose of Risperdone: important. See more anticholinergic side effects at doses greater than 1 mg. Parkinsonism above mg. Concomitant use of Ginko may worsen situation. Ginko has not shown to improve long term cogntive issues. One study in China with concomitant use of Risperdal has been completed but results are unavailable at this time. Another study looking at use of Risperdal with Ginko in autism showed no benefit.

my eye doctor prescribed alaway to treat my gpc. its been making my eyes 10x more itchy and been causing pain in my left eye. should i stop using it?

Itchy eyes: Talk to your eye doctor about it.  It could be a reaction to the medication.  You might be better off with a steroid drop short term for management of ocular allergy symptoms.
