Consider ginger: Ginger is excellent for upset stomach including nausea from motion sickness, menstruation, chemotherapy &amp; morning sickness.  If you develop severe abdominal pain that would warrant urgent evaluation.

Fluids: Observe her for other symptoms, including rash, cough and  vomiting. Keep her well hydrated. Tylenol only for fever, once the temperature is determined. See GP for more than 1 day  of fever.

Seek attention: A limb that is warmer than the other is never normal.  It could be something extremely serious like an infection or even a blood clot.  You should get it checked out.

Infection: Cellulitis, or an inflammation of the skin, can be caused by any number of things:  insect bite, scratch, ingrown hair, etc.  The increased temperature is indicative of either a blood clot or infection.  Go see your doctor and start on an antibiotic.

More info?: It is not clear from what you are describing what would be causing the burning sensation.   If it worries you, see your doctor so they can examine you and perhaps do labs and/or imaging studies.

Sertraline: This is quite variable Some side effects may go away within a few days and some remain.

Hard to say: Obviously, simply take your temp with an otc thermometer to see if related. As an isolated symptom i can't classify it any further. Certainly dry eye can be an issue for many ; you could try some artificial tears for help.

Injury?: Was there an injury?  Is there an effusion, have you seen an md? You need to be evaluated.

Temp is normal: I’m sorry to hear that you are feeling anxious.  98.3 is a normal temp; you do not have a fever.  However, if your anxiety is interfering with your life, I would recommend seeing a doctor to discuss that.  If it’s not too bothersome, you may want to continue checking your temperature 2x/day for peace of mind.  If you have a temp of 100, or develop other symptoms of COVID-19, see a doctor please.
