i am experiencing  facial pain or pressure, jaw pain and balance problems. the following also describes me: facial tenderness to touch. what should i do?

Seek evaluation: Without examination there's no way to tell.  May be anything from jaw joint problem to circulatory problem to neurologic problem, to so many other things.  Please seek gatekeeper examination with your Dentist or Physician.  If required you will be referred on from there.

approx a week ago i felt as if the left side of my eye was bruised. i woke up today with facial tenderness and sore to the touch. help?

Facial tenderness: This could be a medical or a dental issue. There is no way to know for sure without additional information and a clinical examination.
See your medical doctor and/or your dentist for an examination.

i've suffered from labyrinthitis for years but am allergic to serc and can no longer take sudafedrine. chronic stuffy nose/ears, extreme dizziness, nausea, facial tenderness/headaches. what can i do?

ENT evaluation: I would suggest a full ENT evaluation and ct of your your sinuses. It sounds like you may have fluid or mucous in your inner ear or eustachain tubes. You may need a short course of tapered Prednisone  and/or a good over the counter antihistamine like zyrtec (cetirizine).

my wife is pregnant, has a capped a broken molar abscess and now has a toothache, increasing cheek swelling x 3days, jaw and facial tenderness to touch. on keflex qd x1 switched to clinda 300mg qid x10. dentist wants to wait, ed says it's serious.

Infection: Of course, all dental infections are serious. The infection needs to be controlled via the antibiotics. Not sure what your question is. The abscess might need to be drained. If the situation appears to be worsening, consult with an oral surgeon.

Ear pain/gland: This sounds like an infection that has traveled and needs to be assessed by your family MD. You likely require antibiotics along with a firm diagnosis. All the best.

Not to worry: Usually, the bacteria causing dog foot infections are not the same as  human bacteria , so transmission is very rare if you practice normal hygeine

when i turn my head, something within my r. ear feels like its pulling. its tender to touch, sharp pain even when applying facial lotion..15+ years ago, hit by volleyball close range in that same side. feel it now.. both ears are sensitive to noise?
