Too much LED: Watching too much led light is not going to make you go blind. However, it can cause your eye muscles to get tired, just as if you exercised for hours and your leg muscles got tired. That is eye fatigue. However, recent studies do show excessive looking at led light can decrease melatonin levels in your body, which can adversely affect your sleep and cause insomnia and poor sleep.

Get eyes checked 1st: If your eye fatigue is due to decreased visual acuity, the only relief is from getting glasses or contacts.  No exercises will help. Eye fatigue: You can lessen eye fatigue with computer use by making sure you have the proper glasses for this task and by taking frequent breaks.  I recommend closing your eyes or looking into the distance for 30 seconds every 20-30 minutes.  Some people find that use of artificial tears helps as well.

Eye overuse?: Fatigue is a symptom, so it can't cause dry eyes.  However, overuse of your eyes can cause dry eyes which can give you that symptom.  Having dry eyes in itself can cause you to have the symptom of fatigue as well.
