Arm pain: that severe indicates the need for you to see your doctor.  Nerve damage MAY be one explanation or you man need some physical therapy.  After you know what is going on medically, ask a trainer at your gym about a program that meets your needs.  Peace and good health.

If the excessive sweating is related to the celexa, (citalopram) your physician may suggest altering the time of day the medication is dosed or splitting the dose. If the condition persists, there may be other antidepressants for you to trial.
