POSSIBLE stroke: Please go to your emergency room now.  Your fall off the chair may have been after the stroke, not the cause of the symptoms.  Seeing a doc can help w/prevention in the future.  Peace and good health.

: The headache is probably a migraine, but please see a physician urgently for moderate to severe pain, facial dropping and numbness. A head CT may be indicated. Other causes should be considered. If you experience any dizziness, also see the Emergency department. Drink fluids, rest and please follow up with your Physician.

Possible TIA?: Sudden weakness/paralysis of one side of the body along with speech difficulty would usually indicate a stroke if the symptoms persisted for many hours or a day. In this case the MRI should indicate brain damage(infarction).
