COULD BE NORMAL: If you had surgery and they repaired the meniscus - it may look "displaced" on MRI - but that may be on purpose due to the surgical repair...  I would discuss with orthopedist re; what did they do to your meniscus during surgery - could this be an "expected" finding - or "unexpected".

ORIF: If unstable, usually orif with possible syndesmosis screws due to the instability of the ankle fracture.  If only minimally displaced, just casting is adequate unless there are high risk factors for nonunion.  Hope you're doing better since last followup.

Fibula fracture: You might want to ask your gp that question, since they wrote the note.  However, weber a is a fibula fracture below the joint line while weber b is at the joint line of the ankle.  Slight displacement and undisplaced are subjective terms and different docs will use different descriptions for same fracture.

Absolutely: Surgery can definitely be done to help people with problems of the , meniscus.  Usually a displaced meniscus implies it has been torn.  Depending on the location of the tear, the meniscus is usually either repaired or a portion of it is removed.  Thank you for your question.

Ventral displaced: Ventral - towards the front of your body.  Dorsal means towards the back of your body.  So the cord is displaced forward from a typical neutral location.

It depends: I do not have enough information from the report to draw definitive conclusions.  A highly displaced vertebra could indicate at your age that you have a 'compression fracture' (collapse) or it could mean that the vertebra is displaced vertically in some way.  
It all depends on what vertebra we are talking about, the mechanism of injury, the physical exam and a more detailed report.
