self-confidence: I would recommend that you see a psychotherapist. Get evaluated for add given your symptom profile. Get treated for that or any other condition present. Try not to dwell on yourself. Get out and do things for others. Volunteer, exercise, eat well, practice good sleep hygiene and take good general care of your body. Please don't let: others be the measuring stick for who you are.  Clarify what you believe in w/trusted family or friends and live it.  Our "stock" rises and falls, especially in teen years.  Externals like clothing, looks, etc. are ok but don't last.  "Feeling Good" by David Burns may be a helpful book, as can be seeing a psychologist for support.  Peace and good health.
