No: Simply put, no good health outcomes have ever been associated with artificial coloring.  While the data is limited regarding adverse effects, some studies have demonstrated negative neurodevelopmental effects (hyperactivity) in children exposed to artificial dyes.  Would put this under the heading of the precautionary principle - avoid until proven safe.

Need more info: Does it happen all the time or only around your periods? Is the blood in the vagina or in the urine? It would be prudent to see a doctor for an examination. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Trying to create a change such as lightening the skin can often lead to terrible results such as unbalanced skin color, which can make esteem issues worse.One thing for sure is to avoid sunlight and tanning as it will darken skin.

Not for certain: Studies have definately shown that certain colors affect moods. For example, cool colors make you want to leave a place more quickly than warm colors. Cool colors are the greens and blues. Warm colors are the reds, yellows and oranges.
