Clumsiness: Make sure there is no root underlying cause such as spinal stenosis (seek advice from primary care physician or neurologist).  If work up negative or positive i would work with a physical or occupational therapist and enroll in a pilates course.

Some people do: Clumsiness may be due to muscular weakness, gross of fine motor coordination difficulties, visuomotor integrations difficulties, sensory input problems, vestibular or balance difficulties..  As the brain matures sometimes better motor control and inhibition develop, in other cases neuropsychological or neurological assessment may lead to recommendations for pt or ot.

Also some people are not as coordinated as others and it is not a diease or anything else. For example how many of us can hit a 100 mph fastball in a baseball game?

Get it checked out.: New problems with coordination and balance should be investigated. Some medications can cause sedation or drowsiness that makes someone less crisp in their activity or gait. Some laboratory abnormalities can cause balance or motor problems. If all else checks out ok, then get an MRI or ct of head, neck and back to exclude structural problem.

Lidocaine jelly: Local Lidocaine jelly helps with the pain of minor scrapes and cuts, calendula ointment helps with healing. Any cut beneath the skin level, any infection (redness, swelling, worsening pain, purulence or drainage) need to see your doctor right away.  Unusual for people to cut themselves a lot, may need some workup to find out why this is happening to you.
