Hydrate: for most people keeping hydrated improves chapped lips, some would advise against petrolium products and chapstick and rec olive oil. sounds strange but some pt have benfited. use sun screen on lips if in the sun as well. good luck

Often a vaseline type cover will help protect your lips and allow them to resolve. However, it is always possible that you have become sensitive to something you have already been using.
