Basic precautions: Von willibrand disease is typically a mild bleeding disorder but some basic precautions are needed. Notify your dentist of the problem & arrange with your pcp to pre-treat  before dental work. Avoid use of intramuscular meds if another route is available. Have any significant head trauma evaluated immediately. Recognise that long term pressure will be required before simple wounds will clot.

Lemony honey tea: Drink warm fluids (clear soups, tea, etc), rest, stay warm and avoid spreading it to others or back to yourself. Blow nose, don't sniff it back into throat. Discard tissues, wash hands often. Once better - get a new toothbrush. Ask a pharmacist to recommend OTC symptom relief. I hope you feel better soon.

See below: It is an autoimmune based neuropathy where your immune system attacks your nerves.  It is treated typically with ivig infusions.

ystrday when i checked my bp it was 145/80. today when i chkd it was 128/81. is it normal ?

High BP: Both readings have parts that are high, but nothing dangerous. Normal BP should be &lt;140/90, and we like to see readings closer to 120/70 ideally. BP fluctuates from moment to moment, so it is good you are tracking this over time. Take the BP in the morning, after sitting quietly for 10 min. To prevent hypertension, avoid salt and processed/fast foods. Exercise. Don't smoke. See your doc to review.
