my eyes are very irritating and itchy and seem right dry and tired, what can i do to get rid of this feeling, what could be the cause?

Dry Eyes may be: Conjunctivitis could be from Allergens in the environment, Dry eyes causing irritation and lastly infection either Viral or bacterial. Try cold compresses and washing eyes with cold water to help. If there is no discharge and eye lids are not stuck together, apply artificial tears for the relief. dandruff and dry skin i have patches of dry itchy skin on my scalp and hair-line. i also have a few patches of red itchy skin near my eyes and eyebrows. any idea what would be the cause of this and any solutions would be great too.

The areas you describe would fit a diagnosis of seborrheic dermatitis, which usually involves redness and flaking of the skin at the scalp, near eyebrows, around the nose, or in other parts of the body.  This could also be eczema or possibly psoriasis, which are diseases of the skin caused by inflammation.  I would recommend a visit to your doctor - it would likely only take a quick look to tell the difference and to prescribe the appropriate treatment.  While these are some likely reasons, for skin problems, the only way to know for sure is to see the rash.

can allergies only cause congestion and post nasal drip dry mouth and no other symptoms, my nose never drains eyes never itchy but always congested. ?

Absolutely: Everybody's allergy to allergens can be different. stuffiness that goes away then comes back can be allergy related, try some over the counter loratadine or Allegra (fexofenadine) and see your doctor

i keep getting flare ups of dry puffy itchy skin under and above eyes. what are the causes and treatment. i have tried vaseline and hydrocortisone?

Many: Allergic reaction to cosmetics and/or incompletely dried nail polish comes to mind.  As long as you are exposed to them, the problem will not go away.  Consult a dermatologist if changing eye cosmetics does not help. Note that it will likely take a week for you to see any improvement if the cosmetic is the cause.

i had dry eyes runny nose itchy throat last week and last night suddenly woke up with weird bitter metallic taste in my mouth.what might be the cause?

Infection: You may have some type of infection such as a sinus infection. Tough to say without an exam, so get checked if it persists. Good luck.

Dermatitis: It is hard to tell what kind of dermatitis it is without seeing the rash. Will think is probably contact dermatitis. Check exposure to a new soap or lotion.

Itchy rash: I am more worried about your swollen eye than anything else, you need to seek immediate medical help as this reaction may progress. You may have reacted to a topical lotion you applied or it could be unrelated.
