got my leg cast for almost 7 weeks. after it was removed i cant straighten my knee. it feels like ite already straigthen but its not. and i can only bend it 90?

: Contact your orthopedic surgeon, and get this addressed ASAP.  There are home devices to assist, and physical therapy may be an excellent option, but first get this examined to exclude any unusual complications.

i landed on my knee now i can barely walk without pain below my kneecap and i can't straighten, bend my leg and i cant lift my leg do i need crutches?

Internal Injury: You have  internal knee injury. You need to see your physician, get  imaging, get a correct  diagnosis and start therapy

Traumatic injury?: A more detailed history and specific tests may be needed to diagnose your condition. The simplest would be traumatic injury (such as sport-related) if the complaints followed a suspicious event but you may also have a localized inflammation of the joint. Check with an orthopedist if symptoms continue.

: I'm not surprised at the limitation of motion by the knee joint, but one worries about the presence of.phlebitis when calf pain swelling or tenderness follows a period of.reduced mobilization and prolonged cast wearing. Get checked by your MD who would probably order a leg ultrasound depending upon physical findings. Your knee joint will improve with appropriate physical therapy when approved byMD

Knock knee: or genu Valgum can be treated with exercises and PT, if it needs to be treated at all. Sometimes its familial and requires no treatment

Only surgery: Only surgery can straighten knock knees but is rarely needed.  Depends upon symptoms, treatment failure, etc.  I rec eval from ortho doc.

Get knee evaluated: If your knee has locked, it could be due to a tear. Have it evaluated, preferably by an orthopedist.
