Mucocele: No STD causes anything like this. Clear bumps in the mouth that clear rapidly are mucoceles. It's not abnormal, just temporary blockage of a mucus secreting gland. Don't worry about it.

: If you have a wart, it is related to HPV, but not all "bumps" are warts.  The concern is whether this leads to cancer in the future (or current).   It is easy for the dentist to tell you if it is a wart, but cannot 100% confirm the wart to be "nothing to worry about (for now)" or not. Regular cancer screening is helpful, and your dentist may remove it for lab test to further evaluate the wart.

See dentist: It is not a good idea to pop the "pimples" in your mouth and I wonder how one can even manipulate the uvula without gagging. Do ask your dentist to check them out

They are not generally harmful but can cause discomfort and stress on the person inflicted with it. It does not require serious medical attention as it usually resolves spontaneously within 3 to 6 weeks.It is usually caused due to obstruction or rupture of a salivary gland duct.
