If it's a medicine to which you're allergic, you must stop it. If you have chronic hepatitis, hemochromatosis, wilson's, or autoimmune hepatitis, this needs to be addressed. If they're up from extreme fitness, good for you. Metabolic syndrome is best rx'd by exercise.

Some medications can cause the elevation and stopping the medications will result in normalizing them. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
