Fraud?: If there is no reason for a test then the patient has to pay for the test. One cannot bill insurance for testing when there is no medical indication for the test.  Please clarify what you mean by "sent by a H"?

has anyone here got a scratch test from an allergist?  is "scratch" a code word for needles?

Typically not needle: But rather scratched or pricked with what looks like small plastic toothpicks.  Needles are sometimes used for a few stronger tests.  If you are too nervous for skin testing, blood testing is an option, too.

im looking into which hospitals arounf the zip code 90059 accept tricare. military hospitals arent the best of taking people in. i'm trying to see if a provider would be able to take me in so i can blood test work done and find out the gender my baby?

Unlikely: The long answer is that you have a stressful job and you are frequently in situations that cause emotional and physical stress.  You should be fine.

They will be monitoring you during the test.  Also, if the test were that risky, we would not do it so often.

Even if you do code.  You will be on a monitor in a medical facility with the ability to resuscitate.

Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
