Abd spasm: Not sure exactly what is meant by abdominal spasm.  Could be issue with spasm of the muscle of the abdomen wall.  Could be issue with "spasm" of intestine or colon.  Many things can cause "abdominal spasm".  That description (if from your healthcare provider) means they are not sure what is causing your symptoms, but feel it is most likely not serious. Abdominal pain: This could be many things from mild, like gas, to severe.Msince the pain is radiating to your back; the severe things like a dissecting aortic aneurysm are worrisome. This diagnosis is very rare but is definitely a concern.  Another abdominal problem that tends to radiate is gall stones.  Either way i would recommend going to the er asap.

Toxic to the Cells: Both ketones and acids are toxins.  They interfere with normal cell function.  They can cause muscle cells to contact and stay contracted which causes cramps and pain.  The dehydration that accompanies ketoacidosis makes this even worse.

Not sure one can: pin the symptoms on ruptured ovarian cyst, but pregnancy will cause those symptoms.  Check the pregnancy test.  If negative, check it again in 1 week. If diarrhea doesn't slow down, a doctor can help.
