Your : Your symptoms could be any one of a number of things including a yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis, trichamonas, or some other infection or it could be something more rare such as a dermatitis. It could also be normal discharge though the yellow color and itching are more concerning.  You need a complete gyne exam with cultures and examination of your vaginal fluid. By doing all of this, hopefully your doctor will figure out what is causing your symptoms and be able to treat you appropriately. Good luck!

Yes, probably: Sounds pretty normal. If you think you could have been exposed to a sexually transmitted infection, you should get checked out to be sure you are safe.

Which tests?: Yellow malodorous discharge associated with itch is not normal, and should be evaluated.  I am not sure which tests you have had that are "fine".  You should be tested for vaginitis caused by bacteria, yeast, or trichomonas, and also for sexually transmitted diseases including gonorrhea, chlamydia, and herpes.  If these were all negative, consider having tests repeated.

Might have infection: It is very possible that you have an infection even though no odor, so i would recommend that you get it checked out and a sample sent to the lab.

Go see your doc: Vaginal discharge needs to be cultured.  It could be many things, from bacterial vaginosis to chlamydia.  Also, a doctor needs to exam you .  Yeast infections can also present this way.

Need evaluation: Your discharge is abnormal - you need to be evaluated ASAP for STD/Infection.  See your PCM, GYN, go to the Health Department clinic, or go to an Urgent Care to have an exam with cultures and tests.  If cultures are positive for STD, both you and your partner will need to be treated before you resume intercourse.

Discharge: Vaginal discharge can increase during breastfeeding period but see your OB/GYN to get an exam/ swab to make sure since the discharge is yellow and not clear.
