Discharge? normal?: I am unsure if you are male or female.
In a male this would most likely be an indication of either a sexually transmitted disease or a prostate infection/inflammation. In either case it would be wise of you to seek out a good health care provider.
In a female this could also be evidence of yeast or other bacterial infection or vaginitis.

Depends: From where?
Many people think that a green or yellow nasal discharge means a bacterial infection, which requires antibiotics. This is not true. Colds can be caused by viruses, and antibiotics will not help.
Yellow vaginal discharges may be due to stis, such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomoniasis, or bacterial vaginosis.

& white to yellowish. Leukorrhea usually doesn't cause an odor. If you have a discharge which causes redness, itching, burning, swelling or foul odor – please have it checked. If this was a male asking - please re-ask question and identify your gender.
