Incidental: Means it was noticed but does not have an implication on the other findings or symptoms of the patient, basically it is unusual but harmless.

No: This is what we call a 'normal variant' and is of no consequence unless you need surgery on your aorta (such as in the case of an aneurysm). In this situation, it is important that you tell the vascular surgeon that you have this as the left renal vein can be an important landmark during surgery.

Anatomical variant: Normally, the left renal vein crosses over the aorta and drains into the vena cava.  A circum-aortic left renal vein is simply a vein that crosses both above and behind the aorta. It's not a problem in the least and could only cause a vascular surgeon an issue in an open aortic operation if he wasn't aware of it.

I feel your physician should review the study with the radiologist and describe any symptoms you might have and obtain recommendations for  any other studies or specialty  referrals advised by the radiologist

Cause is underlying : The nutcracker syndrome does not usually cause BP and heart rate variations, but I noticed u have cardiolipin antibodies which can lead to autoimmune disorders and can cause blood clots. U definitely need an ECHO=ultrasound of u'r heart and further testing by ur primary doctor and even a rheumatologist

Imaging: A contrasted CT is better than a non-contrasted CT for NCS. Make a CD of the images and see a vascular surgeon. Your surgeon will decide what kind of imaging they need to help you decide what to do.

: I would not look for a surgeon to alter a structural issue you have lived your life with until you have had a complete workup by a urologist. They may be both on the left side, but I cannot accept that that location is causing hematuria.
