Your : Your description of color changes with position of the shoulder and head is consistent with thoracic outlet syndrome.  This occurs when nerves or blood vessels get pinched where they exit the neck into the armpit.  This is usually a separate phenomenon from the frozen shoulder.

Have your orthopaedic surgeon evaluate the neck and shoulder area for thoracic outlet syndrome.  There are physical exam findings that are helpful and sometimes imaging studies are needed.  Most patient respond well to therapy.  Rarely, some require surgery.

i broke my nose three years ago and got surgery to straighten it out but now when ever i get sicker its cold outside my nose bone really hurts why?

Nerve: When you broke your nose that damaged your nasal bone.  That can cause some irritation to the nerves in that area.  I broke my arm 2 years ago and it still hurts.

Not really. : The skin may be tightened but your not going to really move the cartilage. Plus the muscles may actually cause wrinkles if they get stronger. Usually surgery is what's needed to change the a shape of your nose.

Depends: If the removal of bone is performed as part of cosmetic surgery to alter the appearance of your exernal nose, then it is considered plastic surgery.  However, the nasal septum has a bony portion and removal of that structure is being performed to improve the physiological function of your nose (improved breathing).  If the latter is the case, that is not considered cosmetic  surgery.

i blew my nose twice hard after double jaw surgery, i heard this could pull the face bones apart?

Stretching : Your face has bones and cartilage which sustain some stretching with a forceful blow of the nose. Since your bones are held together with joints and ligaments, only a reversible stretching will occur. This should not cause problems with your jaw healing after surgery, but if you have lasting pain after blowing your nose, go see your surgeon and ask questions !

there's a bump on my nose bone. is there any way i can straighten it out without having a nose job or surgery?

ProbabelyNotSeePedia: There is no other way to straighten a bump if it has been there for long time.Get it checked by your Pediatrician after talking to your parents about your concern and only he/she can advoce you after examination and if needed refer you to an appropriate surgeon or a Dermatologist if needed

doctor told me i have a tilted bone in my nose due to which sometime i feel my left nostril blocked, for which i have to go through a surgery. if i do not get the surgery done, cause i am afraid. would there be any problem due to this in future?

: I would abide by the advice of the otolaryngologist who examined you. Deformity of the nasal bone often leads to problems like snoring, sinus infections,noisy breathing dry mouth,nose bleeds.

Most likely: You mean you have defect in your skull waiting staged procedure, to fill the gap in the skull, if it is the problem, then you must clear with your neurosurgeon,  most likely he will not allow, for fear of injury to brain.
