i have several heart shaped rashes on my arms and one on my stomach. i've tried all kinds of ringworm creams assuming that's what it is. left scars?

Hard to say: A common truism about treatment is when appropriate measures don't fix a problem the diagnosis is likely wrong. Skin rashes can represent infections, local reactions,allergies or systemic illness. Diagnosis is often easy when seen by a trained observer. If your treatment for ringworm isn't working it is likely not ringworm. To find out what it is and treatment options will need a visit.

Variable: There can be any number of reasons. But, presuming it is not an infection, the most common cause is tape reaction from the bandage. Alternatively, some get a reaction from hair removal with clipper.

No effect on heart: You don't really say where this rash is but common causes of rash include eczema, fungus and contact dermatitis. These are benign and do not have an effect on the heart. If the rash is painful, itchy or not going away then see a doctor for an exam and treatment.

why histamine surge cause heart pain in swimming? i get armpit rashes if exercising 1min. i get moderate pain in heart in 45min so have to stop.

Not from histamine: Despite your age, you need to get  your cardiac status evaluated before you exert heavily again. This may be a warning sign of something serious and potentially life-threatening.

Impossible to say: How can you expect an answer when one cannot even visualize the rash? See a dermatologist. It is highly unlikely that the rash is associated with cardiac issues.

Rash on torso: I would be concerned about a delayed reaction to the contrast used during the cath.  Call your doctor.

Depends: It could be just a wound reaction or the process of wound healing, but it could also be an infection. Have the surgeon check it out because and infection could be very dangerous.

Hepatitis?: Would be concerned about hepatits. You need to go see your doctor and have tests done to evaluate you liver.
