Don't think so: Normal toddlers don't need "appetite enhancers". They eat when they are hungry. If a toddler is not eating, the toddler is presumed not hungry. However, a few toddlers do have an eating problem. The pediatrician can check to see if there is a dietary issue, a developmental issue, etc... Growth can be measured every month for a few months to make sure all is well. Basic blood tests can be done.

The best advise is the conservative "don't take it because not enough research exists to prove it safe..." supposedly rj assists in treating infertility.
