It sounds like this X-ray shows some bony growth in the right heel (calcaneal spur) that's not causing any inflammation (reactive change). The trigonum bone in the foot has fluid pockets &amp; some spurs that'd cause pain on the inside of the foot if it were symptomatic. It could be diabetic Charcot foot

my ultrasound stated slightly increased hepatic echogenicity my mri found a cyst on left liver lobe. why didnt mri see fatty liver?? is it true increased hepatic echogenicity is linked to fatty liver hepatitis and cirrhosis?

: US only shows slightly increased hepatic echogenicity so the specificity is low especially liver MRI does not detect fatty liver. Increased hepatic echogenicity can be present in different liver problems which include fatty liver and if not treated, it will progress to liver cirrhosis.

A sack of fluid: A cyst is a fluid filled sac that usually has a thin wall (capsule) and is filled with a watery fluid.  Complex cysts may have multiple fluid sacs all bunched together.  They are usually treated by drainage though often the capsule neds to be removed to prevent recurrence.  Other cysts may have thicker contents.  If it is filled with pus its usually referred to as an abscess.  Hope that helps.
