Dermatologist: Skin bumps are by definition raised so I'm puzzled by your description. I think a physician or dermatologist will have to inspect a lesion in order to advise you.

Dermatologist: These eruptions may be due to a contact allergic dermatitis like poison ivy, poison oak or poison sumac if he did yard work or walked in the woods. Nevertheless he should consult a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and prompt treatment.

: Might be benign petechiae  (little red blood dots under the skin) of no consequence with normal blood count as  reported.  If still concerned a visit with the Hematologist and /or Dermatology Consult should help resolve issues

Labial lesion ?'s: A "black raised bump on inner labia" after perineal surgery may simply be a "blood blister" from the instruments used in the "perineal surgery".  See your gyn surgeon who did the surgery for an exam for further treatment/evaluation.

Eval: These lesions would likely need to be examined and more history obtained to be able to provide you with useful input about the diagnosis or possible treatment.

Lesions: It could be a few things: could be a fat mass, a cyst(fluid filled structure usually benign), bony growth. If it doesn't hurt it is unlikely that is an abscess but if it was red and sinful that is one possibility. I usually refer my patients to see surgery in order to have them checked and decide if the lesion needs removal.

Red, not raised: It is a bright red rash that usually begins on the face. Several days later red blotches (usually lighter in color) develop, extending down to the trunk, arms, and legs. As the centers of the blotches begin to clear, the rash takes on a lacy, "net-like" appearance. It is rare in adults, but when it does occur it usually looks much the same as in children.

: These patches are most likely caused by hormonal swings which produce melanin. Other possible causes are very tight clothing,friction,exercising, rubbing,sex.
