Causes for what seems to be a light period can include: thyroid problems, eating disorders, excessive exercise, initial periods for a girl, use of an intrauterine device, oral contraceptives, perimenopause ; implantation bleeding in early pregnancy which rarely occurs.

Yes: Pregnancy is always a possibility.  Purchase a home pregnancy test.  They usually become positive about the time you'd be 1 week late. If it's negative then, repeat in 1 week.

so i thought i had a period cause i notices some blood and it was 28days after my last period but one day passed and i have no blood is it dangerous?

Probably not: Many women have occasional variation of their mucus discharge, some spotting between periods, a heavier period, a lighter period, a longer or shorter period, or even a missed period. Having one or two of these symptoms doesn’t necessarily mean there is a medical problem, but a visit to one’s primary care or Ob-Gyn doctor is a good idea if symptoms are persistent, recurring, or worrisome.

i had my iud removed 3 weeks ago but only had my period for one day after it got removed and i havnt had a period since could i be pregnant?

Yes its possible: I am not sure when you say "you got period 1 day after it was removed - if you mean immediately or now 3 wks later.  It wouldnt be unusual to have a little bleeding after iud removal and it may not be real period. Otherwise 3 weeks is a little early to expect a cycle- should be another week.  However if you had sex during your high fertility time ( last wk) then pregnancy is possible.

Can do a preg. test: Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If not pregnant, other causes of a late or missed period include:  excessive weight loss or weight gain, increased exercising, emotional stress, having an illness, traveling, medicines (especially birth control pills), hormonal disorders, etc…  a visit to one’s Ob-Gyn doctor is a good idea if symptoms are persistent, recurring, or worrisome.

Periods: Go and see your doctor for a more accurate pregnancy test. Sounds like a pregnancy. Home tests are not totally accurate.

Pregnancy: Several possibilities, but one big one is pregnancy, which often causes strange periods, brings on or aggravates migraines and changes in appetite.   Other signs would be tiredness, nausea when your stomach is empty, tender breasts.  Test yourself!
