Hematospermia: This is not likely a problem.  Hematospermia can seem frightening but very rarely represents a significant problem.  This will clear up. I would be more concerned if you said your scrotum was swollen.

Hematospermia...: ...is the medical term for blood in semen. It can occur once in a while in entirely healthy men. Sometimes occurs after biking or horseback riding (you can imagine why). It may take a few ejaculations until semen looks normal. If only once or twice and no other symptoms like painful urination or discharge, nothing need be done. If it continues or still concerned, see your doctor or a urologist.

: Blood in sperm is usually caused by nonserious issues during ejaculation. I'm not sure you need to consult a urologist at this time. I guess you'll have to discontinue that maneuver to avoid hematospermia ( blood in sperm). If you still have concerns, see a urologist for evaluation and advice.

Possible reasons:: Blood in the sperm is called hematospermia.  Sometimes it is due to infection. In older guys it could be a sign of cancer. But often, nobody knows why it happens.
