i have been told i have fluid in the lining of the womb and i have something like endometriosis but it's outside the womb im through menopause ?

Concerning: Fluid in the uterine cavity is normal in younger women but after menopause it is concerning for cancer. You need to see a gynecologist for evaluation and you may need an endometrial biopsy. The tissue outside the uterus is also something that needs further evaluation, Please see a gynecologist soon.

Hormones: The most common cause of dryness at this stage of life is menopause related.  If the tissues are so prolapsed that they are exposed to the outside this may contribute to dryness also. Often estrogen cream is very effective for the dryness.

Heavy bleeding: Infrequently the Mirena (levonorgestrel) can come out if the woman is having heavy bleeding. A large blood clot can actually push the iud out. Or if the iud is low in the uterus instead of at the top of the uterus it is more likely to come out. Talk with your doctor about what's going on and what to do.
