: An "inactive" result from an endometrial biopsy, with no hx of menopausal symptoms, may simply reflect when in a particular cycle the biopsy was performed.  If after a "heavy bleeding" episode, most of the endometrial lining may have been shed during the bleeding, and the resulting estrogen production has not yet made endometrial growth sufficient for the occasion.

The hypothalamus secretes thyrotropin-releasing factor (TRF), which stimulates the pituitary to release thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), which stimulates the thyroid gland to take up iodine, organify, make, and release thyroid hormones (mostly T4, but a little T3 (liothyronine) too). The thyroid hormones feed back to suppress TRF &amp; TSH.

Glucose control: Hi. Blood glucose is maintained in the normal range by hormones. Insulin is the only hormone that can lower blood glucose. There are 4 hormones that can raise blood glucose: glucagon, epinephrine, cortisol, and growth hormone. They all interplay to maintain glucose in the normal range.

Stress hormones: I can offer direction but you still need to do the research.  Look up "stress" hormones associated with injury.  Two that I can think of are endorphins and norepinephrine.   Others should be insulin and growth hormone.  Don't take my word for it, look them up.

Most likely: In young men, erectile dysfunction is most likely due to stress from various sources, whether social, relationship, school/academics, financial, cultural, religious etc. You've already completed evaluation for middle age guy so unless you're taking more than just Anusol, it's most likely from stress, unless you smoke, in which case, you should quit, or drink to excess (same recommendation).

Hmm...: More info needed for your genuine concerns. The type of treatment, how long ago, what is the trend of your TSH, weight, Heart rate etc.
