Watermelon and milk: There is no danger in consuming a slice of watermelon and a glass of milk. Not a serious concern.

See allergist: It is unusual to be allergic to so many food items with totally different structures.  You need to consult an allergist to first find out if you are indeed allergic before you can deal with your "allergies" effectively.  In the meanwhile, ask questions in restaurants and read labels.

Myths: We do not use the words bad or good in health care.  The food you mention are eaten daily by millions of people. These foods are both HIGH sugar foods and so people with diabetes or obesity, which are both 'sugar' problems should probably limit or avoid these foods, But, in general they are not unhealthy.

Diabetes and Fruit: I love watermelon myself, so like this question.

This would all depend on how your blood sugar is responding to this daily ingestion of sugar.  Watermelon's calories are carbohydrates. So, it would seem that if you are eating watermelon every day you are eating a lot of carbohydrates.  How is this affecting your daily blood sugars? Are you still in good control?

Yes: Some current GI folks do not buy into the seeds restriction.
I general avoid most watermelon seeds - fun to spit at a tree!
