Radial nerve: Wartenberg syndrome is an entrapment of only the superficial sensory branch of the radial nerve and can cause pain an numbness over the side of the thumb and back of the hand.  Usually involves the extensor tendons and the brachioradialis not the flexor tendons.

Good question!: This is kind of a controversial topic, because the fcr has a very short excursion as it flexes the wrist. Because repairing the tendon may excessively shorten it and because there is another wrist flexor (fc ulnaris) present, many hand surgeons recommend casting these injuries in about 30º of flexion for 3-4 weeks: the tendon ends will heal together without shortening.

Maybe none?: The FCR (flexor carpi radialis) muscle runs from the inside of your elbow down to the base of your thumb. As it's name suggests, it flexes your wrist. Rupture is rare but can occur from chronic inflammation or overuse, rubbing on a bone spur at the wrist or from sudden wrist extension. Repair is not always needed, but wrist flexion strength may be decreased.

Lump in muscle : should be evaluated certainly could be any number of benign condition are benign tumor  or muscle strain or injury but there's also the possibility that it something more like a sarcoma  which is rAre. But not unheard of   It's more notable  if it's a lump in a muscle if it's truly within the muscle than which muscle one thinks it is. it is in the forearm.

Like most other ones: Inflammation of a tendon (tendinitis) can occur from trauma, often resulting from repetitive/over use etc..
This tendon can be injured from activities such as wrist curling or some other direct trauma etc.. Pain with movement/stretching or curling wrist against resistance is probably most common symptom. Some swelling may occur. I am not sure the nature of your trouble. Consult doc. Good luck.
