Rectal pressure: Pressure on or in the rectum makes you feel that you need to have a bowel movement.  When you have sex with rear entry, there will usually be more pressure on the back wall of the vagina - this places more pressure towards the rectum and makes you feel like you need to have a bm.  That would be normal.

See answer : Skin tags are very common and generally occur after midlife. They are believed to be the result of skin rubbing against skin which is why they are generally found in skin creases and folds (neck, armpit, groin). More common if overweight, diabetic, or have other family members with them (genetic). No treatment needed unless cosmetically bothersome or causing irritation.

Normal to feel : It is quite common to feel pressure in the vaginal/rectal area at term and also experience contractions. The pressure you feel is the presenting part (most often the head) of the baby pushing downward onto the bladder, cervix or rectum. It is normal to have contractions at term and is the body's way of preparing for eventual labor.

Rectal bleed common: Hemorrhoids are quite common and it is quite easy to check by your doc--if  much pain with bm, it is likely external hemorrhoids/fissures. If no pain and blood "coats the stool" then likely from internal ones. Vaginal bleeding in seinors is not normal and should be checked out--dysfunctional uterine bleeding can be sign of uterine/cervical cancers etc..Consult doc. Good luck.

Fistula: I am concerned that you have a rectovaginal fistula. A small tract from the rectum into the vaginal. You need to see a gyn that specializes in fistula repair. You want to find someone in a major city that does many of these types of surgeries.

had a digital exam by a gastroenterologist for hemorrhoids. i was given  suppositories. while inserting them i felt what felt like a small rubber like ball under the lining of my rectum between rectum and vagina. 2 vaginal deliveries with tearing. ?

Vaginal tear ?'s: While the "small rubber like ball" near the rectal area may be a hemorrhoid, it is not probably related to vaginal tears during deliveries. See your gyn physician for an evaluation.
