: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Capsule: The capsule is strong conncective tissue that keeps the synovium in place. So if the capsular margin has extruded laterally the would mean it is pushing out. I would assume you had a knee strain.

2 yrs ago i had right hand stt excision with plantaris tendon interposition. now got pain again, had x-ray & there is some alteration in the position of her scaphoid in relation to the remnants of the trapezium.what does this mean & how to fix it?
