We like to use the term osteoarthritis since joints are not degenerating or falling apart but joints get narrowed with loss of cartilage. This is what causes pain. Osteoarthritis can affect many areas including the spine, thumbs, hips, and knees. It is not an inflammatory disease such as rheumatoid arthritis. It is more common over 50.

That's the only thng: All that means is that u have arthritic change in the ac joint . If no other findings, if this is symptomatic a simple ac resection will take care of the problem. This will b of help only if this is  very symptomatic ; ur only complaint. B sure u r not missing anything else in the image findings.

"mild narrowing is noted at hip joint bilaterally" means there is some arthritis in the hip joint.
"moderate bony spurring of the acetabulum bilaterally" means a little extra bone (like a little spur) has formed at the hip "cup" where the hip socket fits in, and is also arthritis changes.
"phleboliths" just means calcium in a vein or vessel and is normal, it is a normal finding.
