Less back curve: The normall backward curve of your low back is  straighter than usual it generally believed to be a sign of muscular spasm barring other pathologic conditions, it is a nonspecific incidental  xray finding this shape can be found in the asymptomatic and the  symptomatic.

: In a normal x-ray/CT/MRI of the neck a gradual curve from the back of the head to the back. After a stressful event causes the neck muscles to tighten, the curve is less. By itself it is just the radiologist describing a finding that differs from a relaxed patient.  Radiologists get fussed at if they just say "straightening of the neck or normal variant" .

Xray: This is just a xray comment that states your muscles are tight causing the spine to look more flat than it normally would if your muscles were not tight.  The neck normally has a curvature to it, when tight muscles are pulling on it, they will straighten out the curve so to speak.

No: Was this on an x-ray report? It just means that the curve in your lower back is less than usual. By itself it is not meaningful finding.

Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.
