For sake of completeness I recommend having a careful clean catch urine specimen sent for urine culture&amp; colony count as well as a microscopic examination of the urinary sediment. If these are all normal, no worries.

Also in some cases, oliguria can occur, which means anything in the urine can get concentrated even more than it should be.  Proteinuria can be almost 3 g/day.
