Mri: Your going to need an mri to better tell what this lesion is.  migrainours we now know are prone to stroke, and you can have little lesions like this, which either indicate a stroke or that you are predisposed.  Sometimes, inflammation in the brain can be associated with migraine attacks, the MRI will tell you if it is inflammation.  Not a brain tumor!!

is it possible to have vision problems even if eye exameonly showed slight astigmatism. vision is blurry, lights and places like stores with shelves make me dizzy and cant focus vision. also when i eat my vision gets blurry to the point i cant read?

Symptoms: I am not sure.  At first i thought you were describing motion sickness which can occur when in a moving vehicle. However, with the additional information that it occurs when you need to focus- i wonder if this could be related to anxiety.  A medical evaluation would help to more accurately assess this.
