I take it you are  testing your stool?
A normal BM does not have blood in it.
You are either getting a false reading or need to see  a Doctor. Maybe retest it again using another kit.

: That under the microscope 4-6 white blood cells  and 1-2 red blood cells were seen in the field seen and no intestinal parasitee (ova &amp; cysts). This can be within normal limits- depending on the reason it was performed

See GI: Any time a person has "Blood in their stool" it requires further evaluation to diagnose the cause.  A "Gastroenterologist" is the Dr. you should follow-up with and they can discuss the other findings as well.  Best wishes.

Could be many things: Overall having white blood cells(pus) and red blood cells in a stool test suggest some sort of inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract.  But it doesn't specify why this the case.  It could be related to an infection, or from an autoimmune process(like ulcerative colitis) or from low blood flow to the intestinal tract.

Send culture: Red and white blood cells in the stool is not considered normal. Evaluation for inflammatory or infectious / parasitic causes should take place.

Anemia: Low HgB and low RBC are not enough. She definitely is anemic but we need more like Red cell indices, retic count , serum iron, TIBC and ferritin. With her bowel problem,  he could have iron deficiency anemia. He therefore need more blood tests and GI work-up.
