Yes food supplement: Health benefits of ginseng are well know in ancient chinese & ayurvedic medicine , but can not be  primary medicine for your diabetes  .  Please make sure to see your doctor regularly and follow  instructions with out neglect , in order  to prevent its horrendous complications.

There is no science: to support the use of Panax Ginseng although there are many claims of benefit across a broad range of human ailments. Long term ingestion has therefore not been studied. Like any herbal or nutritional product of this nature there is no guide to usage. Ask yourself, if it is as great as it is touted to be, don't you think everyone would be using it?

are there any interactions, and is it safe, to take escitalopram 10mg with either or both of l-arginine and / or korean panax ginseng 2000mg?

: You are only on a mild dose of escitalopram and the addition of the L arginine and ginseng should not be a problem to take together. The latter 2 substances are supplements to the medicine you take.

Stimulate &amp; Depress: Generally stimulants such as Ginseng are contraindicated with depression. I would contact your doctor and have them advise and monitor the effect of this combination if they approve.

i see a lot of moisturizers have the herb panax ginseng in the ingredient would this cause problems for me if i apply it to my face if i have svt ?

Depends: If you are not allergic to it then you should have no problems. The biggest problem with the herbs is sometimes they make you more sensitive to the sun.

It depends...: This depends on how much vit d you get from the sun. In spring & summer about 10 minutes of exposure to midday sun allows us to make enough d if you don't use sunscreen. They can't : The answer is categorically "no way, no how!" to paraphrase the wizard of oz. The explanation is simple, anything with amphetamine in it would have to be a prescription drug and could not be purchased over-the-counter. On the other hand, anything containing methamphetamine and sold over-the-counter gets you 10-20 years in every state of the union last time i checked (unlike marijuana).

Vitamin D level: Knowing your vitamin d level would be helpful. If you are deficient (and depending how deficient), you will need supplementation so that you can get your level back to normal. If your vitamin d level is normal, then you may want a maintenance dose. D3 is cholecalciferol, a standard form that is taken orally. D2 is ergocalciferol, if taken is in a large 50k international unit (iu) dose once weekly.

Doses: Hi. Zinc once a day safe in standard over counter doses.  B12 once a day. Arginine 1 to three times a day .  Horny goat weed macs unknown how safe at 20 do you really need arginine and goat weed which are used frequently for sexual performance why take risk.
