Head ache: It all depends on your history preceeding the pain, the quality and characteristic of the pain and other comorbid symptoms. Generally, it is likely due to cervical (neck) muscle strain. You may benefit from motrin or other NSAIDs for a day may be 2, bot if it persists or worsens or other symptoms such as fever, chills, nausea, etc. develop you should see your doctor. Also, rule out pregnancy.

Any Symptoms?: If you are asypmtomatic, no pain, dizziness, irritability, nausea, double vision, discoordination, memory issues, that are new since the injury then you should be ok.  Ct scanning and mri's do not eliminate the possibility of concussion which is a clinical diagnosis, not a radiographic one.

had go nerve block for chronic migraines a week ago . feel pain has intensified since ? is this a side effect and does this mean im unlikely to get any relief from this procedure ? back of head is throbbing?

: Greater occipital nerve blocks (which I assume you had), do not work very frequently, especially if done unilaterally, and many US neurologists use this rarely, if at all.  Since arrival of the CGRP items, preventative therapy has become very achievable, but multiple approaches are now available.  Hope the procedure you had works BUT other options could be employed

Sound: If the fluid sound occurs without head movements you could  be experiencing intermittent tinnitus which may emanate from the inner ear. If the sounds occur with head movements they may come from structures like neck ligaments or vertebrae moving. Occasionally sounds are of blood circulating through blood vessels. Have your physician examine your blood pressure as well as ears,neck,carotid artery
