If over 50, there may be some osteoporosis--but that is generalized--not a &quot;focal destructive process.&quot;  Who ordered the X-Ray?  Have you followed up with him/her?

Could be : a benign polyp that calcified. Hysteroscopy and biopsy of the lesion could be helpful.  Probably not the reason for the pain. Endometriosis is a possible cause of your pain.

: Translation= no process needing surgery. A balloon like pouch pushing out of the lower colon. ( a common finding) Some of the lower swallow tube and upper stomach are positioned above the breathing muscle instead of lower where it should be. You should discuss all such findings with the doc who arranged for the study.
