? Rotator cuff: Would see an orthopedist .You may have a shoulder issue-in the joint, or a rotator cuff issue.

hi how do you stop toes pulled muscle pain what i mean by that is a pulled muscle in toes?

Rest and pain med: If the pulled muscle happened less than four hours ago, use a cold compress. If it has been more than 24 hours, you may try a warm compress. You may also take an electrolyte drink like Gatorade. If need be take an over the counter pain medication like acetaminophen (Tylenol). 
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Need more info: Hi, the labs by themselves don't mean anything. CK (elevated in any type of muscle injury or inflammation) and ESR (elevated in any type of inflammatory process) are mildly elevated but need to be interpreted in view of your symptoms, conditions, medications and previous results.  Is hypothyroidism well controlled? Why are you on Imodium (loperamide)? If muscle pain continues, best to see your doctor.

May be: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your white cell count is elevated. It is usually due to some infection. It would be prudent to consult your doctor.

im experiencing muscle pain & muscle twitching. any advice?

Wrong tests!: You need to get a CCP antibody test.  Your low titer RF may be meaningless, and 5% of the population has one.  The CCP test is much more specific for RA!

for the last month or so my right arm where it bends on the forearm has been very painful especially front bent to straight position no new injuries or strain.  there is even bruising not going away what could it mean. doesnt feel like muscle pain?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may try warm compresses and acetaminophen for pain. If it does not resolve in a week or two it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
