Q: what does marked bradycardia mean?

HR < 50: Bradycardia is defined as heart rate less than 60 bpm. I don't know if there is a formal definition of severe bradycardia, but i would consider bradycardia severe if the heart rate was less than 50.

Q: what does "clinically significant bradycardia" mean?

See below: "bradycardia" means a heart rate less than 60 beats per minutes. "clinically significant" is an opinion. In my book, it means that the heart rate is causing symptoms. Since the symptoms of slow heart rate can be vague (generally just fatigue or getting out breath earlier than expected), your doctor is offering the opinion that your symptoms may be coming from slow heart rate.

Depends on Symptoms: The answer to this depends largely symptoms. In general for a patient with bradycardia, if there is no lightheadedness, dizziness, passing out, or difficulty with exertion there is no major concern. Two caveats: 1) it is important to know the underlying rhythm, something that can easily be checked with an electrocardiogram. 2) the bradycardia could point to another condition like hypothyroidism.

Physiological: This is variable physiological.

Q: i have non-dilated left ventricule with good biventricular systolic function. what does this mean and did i inherit it? i also have bradycardia.

Normal: A non-dilated left ventricle would be a normal finding. That biventricular systolic function is good means it's normal as well (normal contractility). More information needed to answer what disease you are asking whether you inherited.

Q: if my heart rate only on some nights goes to 50-59 while laying in bed especially left side. but on other nights only goes under 60 when sleeping...does this mean i have bradycardia and of so how can i know if its serious?

Bradycardia. : It's common to have a slow heart rate at night. A heart rate below 60 is not normal based on looking at the entire population. But for some heart rates from 40-60 is normal for them. Laying on the left side can cause pressure changes in the heart and lung which could cause changes in heart rate. The answer to your concerns is best answered by seeing your doctor in person

Short PR can mean accelerated AV conduction which is essentially normal, or could me a pre-excitation suggesting presence of a bypass tract (WPW) but usually accompanied with other findings.

Rate &lt;60 &amp; Purkinje: fiber damage within endocardium. Any rate below 60 BPM is defined as bradycardia (not unhealthy). The abnormal conduction &amp; LAD both occur as a result of damage to the Purkinje muscle fibers (look this up) within the endocardium of her heart muscle; nearly alway a result of atherosclerosis &amp; heart attacks within the inner wall of the left ventricle-the portion most susceptible to ischemic damage.
